IOB’s PONDY AWARD (International Organization for Natural Bathing Water) is the prestigious design award for bio-treated pools. Every two years, participants in the international congress on pools with biological treatment choose the best projects in four categories: public, tourist swimming pools, biopools, and biologically treated private swimming pools. In each category three projects are pre-selected by the expert jury. In September this year the International Congress will take place in Warsaw, Poland.<\/p>\n

Two projects authored by landscape architect Claudia Schwarzer, Bio Piscinas, Lda., are\u00a0among the nominees: a biopool and a swimming pond for tourist use. Let’s keep fingers crossed!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
