Lively nights

We imagine a silent night, like in the photo, with a calm water surface and mirroring the stars reflected in it. We imagine ourselves alone in the universe, in front of the water mirror under the dome of stars, because all this conveys a feeling of silence. Suddenly, a cry, an animal, a sound that only exists in nature.

Summer nights can be quite lively near a water body. The combination of high temperatures and the presence of water is very attractive to animal life. At dusk, nightjars begin their nocturnal shifts and like to fly over the biological pool, emitting their distinctive songs.

And let’s not forget the frogs! They are the greatest attraction near a biological pool, because they can put on long concerts during the mating season, which extends from spring to summer. And there can be a lot of frogs! We almost feel inclined to put up the chairs to listen to the extended polyphonic concert.

In addition to frogs, there are tree frogs; these have a very typical song, similar to a buzzing sound or a kind of “ra-ra-ra-ra”, depending on the species. In other words, next to a biological pool there can be a lot of sound fun on a summer night like this.
