A new tourism with organic pool recently opened its doors. This is a local accommodation called Arneiro Garden House, located in a historic house, located in Aldeia Galega da Merceana near Alenquer, in Portuguese Estremadura.

The house is cozy, with modern and contemporary interiors, and caters for up to 12 people. It has shady patios for staying outside and leisure equipment that makes summer holidays more enjoyable, a biological swimming pool. The biological pool has an architectural shape, resulting from the limited space available outside. It has a fabulous view over the diverse rural landscape, with fields, farms, hedges and trees, in other words everything you can expect to see on holiday in the countryside. One part of the biological pool is the bathing area with a 10 meter swimming lane, the other part houses the biological treatment system with aquatic plants.

The outdoor space with a wooden deck offers comfort next to the water, to sunbathe and enjoy the refreshing environment of the biological pool.

Outside the bathing season, a biological pool always offers natural entertainment, nature observation, be it aquatic plants, dragonflies, frogs or birds drinking or bathing. Observe the mirror of clouds on the surface of the water, different every day. Even the drops of rainwater, on a day with a gray, overcast sky, make the water mirror attractive.
