The biological pool project at theClub Med Resort da Balaia in Albufeira was awarded the IOB PONDY AWARD.

On 16 November, Landscape Architect Claudia Schwarzer from Bio Piscinas, Lda. received the IOB Design Award at the International Congress about pools with biological treatment in the Netherlands. The project was chosen as the best in the category »biological pool for tourism use« by the 200 participants of the congress, all specialists in the area of this type of swimming pools.

Thus, Bio Piscinas, Lda. has once again received the prestigious PONDY award from IOB after having already won at the previous congress in 2015 for the Quinta Vale Porcacho project, also in the category »tourist use«.
