The final design of a biological pool is a mix of elements, selected by the client based on our proposals in the first planning phase. Together with the clients, the design of the biological pool is defined. Obviously, some of the elements proposed in the ideas phase are left out of the game. It could be due to shape, material, setting in the surrounding space or architecture or simple customer preference. Rarely do we combine almost all the proposed elements into a single design.

We composed the biological pool presented in this article, as desired by customers, with as many elements as possible. In this unusual approach, a biological pool of great beauty was born, very diverse in terms of elements and well integrated into the space of the farm that houses it.

Then, in the living spaces, the biological pool has an area on granite flooring combined with a wooden deck. In the water area, granite cubes and slabs of the same material for stepping stone bridges and plank stone dominate.

In addition to the necessary plant area, the biological pool has another area of reeds, adjacent to the water purification area with plants, to increase the area for animals that can live and reproduce in this swimming pond. The connection between the external filter was configured as a stream with small drops. The reason is always the same, to increase the area for biodiversity.

The result is a biological pool very diverse in elements that invite you to swim. The swimming lane is 12 meters long with a stainless steel ladder entrance. Alternatively, you can enter by diving from the wooden jetty. The less sporty enter through the natural stone staircase that connects with a shallower platform, which accompanies a submerged bench along its entire length. An island made of rock slabs invites you to relax above the water.

A pebble path surrounds the biological pool and allows nature observation. After all, stepping stone bridges pass through the plant and reed areas, facilitating closer contact with the ecosystem. A mini-waterfall emits a refreshing murmur of water and thus provides a suitable soundscape.
